Cody Zeller certainly shouldn’t have any issues where he landed in last night’s NBA draft given his unexpected rise to Charlotte at No. 4 overall earned him a significant increase in guaranteed cash.

Before the draft, though, Zeller proved he may have been the top available prospect in terms of last-second rivalry smack. On the biggest day of his basketball life, he took the time to drop this anvil on Purdue.

The next time someone accuses Zeller of not going up strong, he can just retweet that.

Not a very bright comment.  Going to the Bobcats, he will need all the support in the world.  Why leave the home folks with a meaningless shot that changes nothing going forward.  He was protected from the media in college, but this is a new world.

Yeah well that WILL BE the strongest thing Zeller can contribute as a member of the Bobcat's cause he is as weak as Sean Bradley.  Maryland's Len (or is it Lem) who was taken after Zeller is a better player not to mention stronger and a more polished Center.  So Zeller going to the Bobcats is a good thing for Zeller as the Bobcats suck year after year and so will that overhyped Zeller.
